Award reflects company’s consistently high level of customer service
Web & Moore, Inc. has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the local services marketplace and consumer review site in 2015.
“I would like to thank all of our great clients for making this possible! I am extremely proud of my amazing and dedicated staff who have demonstrated great passion for their work and this company during our expansion as well as helping to open our new office location. We were able to do all of this growing as a company, while still putting our clients first and maintaining the highest level of client service.
Thank you to all of our clients who took the time to leave us a review. We appreciate all your feedback and are constantly making changes to improve both our client experience and our design work. We recognized that, “Loyalty isn’t something that’s manufactured; it comes only as a result of being a constant, dependable, and useful presence in the lives of consumers, from the initial awareness phase to conversion and retention. There aren’t any shortcuts when it comes to building and maintaining loyalty.” Again, Web & Moore would like to say Thank You to all of our customers, from the most recent, to the ones that have been here with us from the very beginning. We look forward to many more years to come!”

“Only about 5 percent of the Website Design & Development companies in the Nation (Web & Moore, Inc. is located in Detroit, but service the entire United States) have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”
Web & Moore, Inc. won the award in every single market/city (all 257 out of 257 markets/cities)! That is an amazing achievement!
